Trying to locate an old friend. My name is Eric Winningham. I retired from the Navy in 2006. I was stationed in Sigonella Sicily in the early 80's with a girl I believe to have grown up in Homer. Her name was Lori Badge or Lori Badje (not sure which spelling is correct). She would be around 42 years of age now. If anyone knows of her whereabouts please contact me at winningham2000@yahoo.com.

Homer looks like a nice and quiet place to live.

Homer is a small town. Durning the summer they have a street dance.

I remember taking a girl scout troop to the hills by Homer.

Wow, nice to see some of the old names are still in town. Don't get back there much. Mom & Dad are gone, Bill (Class '72) is in California, Jeff (Class '75) is in Georgia, and only Roger (Class '78) is in western Nebraska. GO KNIGHTS!

Just watched a show on PBS pubic
televion about William S. Hart the
old cowboy actor in the 1920's
and that Richard Hart (two-gun Hart) changed his Name formerly Capone. What a rich history your town has. I being a California Native have looked at the history of your town. It is amazing that most people have no
idea of the rich heritage of our
anesetry. Go Homer, and I wish all
of my brothers and sister of Homer
all of the best! Always wake with
appreciation for having a new day
of adventure and remember the fullness of your history and the
honorable men and women that have
come from your area. In this age
of multi-national globalism teach
your children to strive for greatness to reach for the stars!
We need that desperately! All my
Love from the Mojave desert of
California. Garrett Dobbs. gdobbs@usa.net
